KAIROS Ibérica is a social media management tool used by Ibérica to prepare, manage and publish content on its social media accounts, including TikTok. When an authorized user connects a TikTok account to KAIROS, the application may receive information made available through the TikTok APIs and the permissions granted by the user. This may include basic TikTok account information and authorization credentials required to access the approved TikTok services. KAIROS uses this information solely to identify the connected TikTok account and provide the social media management and publishing features explicitly authorized by the user. TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored securely on the server and are not exposed publicly or shared with unauthorized third parties. KAIROS does not sell personal information obtained through TikTok. Access to TikTok is subject to the permissions granted by the account owner. The account owner may revoke KAIROS access through TikTok where applicable. Data associated with a TikTok integration may be deleted when the integration is disconnected or upon a valid deletion request, subject to applicable legal and technical retention requirements. KAIROS Ibérica is a social media management tool operated for Ibérica. It provides authorized users with tools to prepare, manage and publish content on Ibérica's social media accounts. TikTok features within KAIROS are available only after an authorized user has connected a TikTok account and granted the permissions requested through TikTok's official authorization process. Users remain responsible for the content they choose to publish and for ensuring that their use of TikTok through KAIROS complies with TikTok's applicable terms, policies and community guidelines. KAIROS may only access TikTok features covered by the permissions granted by the user and approved for the application. Authorization may be revoked by the account owner where supported by TikTok. KAIROS may also suspend or disable its TikTok integration when necessary for security, maintenance, compliance or technical reasons. The service is provided subject to availability and may evolve as social media platforms and their APIs change.
