KAIROS is a social media management tool used by the teams of multiple establishments. Each establishment authorizes and manages its own social media accounts, including TikTok, independently through the official OAuth authorization process. KAIROS does not target a single establishment or account.
When an authorized user connects a social media account (such as TikTok) to KAIROS on behalf of an establishment, the application may receive information made available through the platform APIs and the permissions granted by the account owner. This may include basic account information and the authorization credentials required to access the approved platform services. KAIROS uses this information solely to identify the connected account and provide the social media management and publishing features explicitly authorized by the user, for the establishment that authorized the connection.
Each establishment's accounts and credentials are kept isolated from those of other establishments. Access and refresh tokens are stored securely on the server and are not exposed publicly or shared with unauthorized third parties. KAIROS does not sell personal information obtained through connected platforms. Access to a platform is subject to the permissions granted by the account owner, who may revoke KAIROS access through that platform where applicable. Data associated with a platform integration may be deleted when the integration is disconnected or upon a valid deletion request, subject to applicable legal and technical retention requirements.

KAIROS is a social media management tool operated for the use of multiple establishments. It provides authorized users with tools to prepare, manage and publish content on their establishment's own social media accounts. Platform features within KAIROS are available only after an authorized user has connected the relevant account and granted the permissions requested through the platform's official authorization process.
Users remain responsible for the content they choose to publish and for ensuring that their use of a platform through KAIROS complies with that platform's applicable terms, policies and community guidelines. KAIROS may only access platform features covered by the permissions granted by the account owner and approved for the application. Authorization may be revoked by the account owner where supported by the platform. KAIROS may also suspend or disable a platform integration when necessary for security, maintenance, compliance or technical reasons. The service is provided subject to availability and may evolve as social media platforms and their APIs change.
